> The Knowledge Tree connects with learners - final edition for 2006
Released: Tuesday 14 November 2006
Learners and their relationship with teachers and trainers is the focus of Edition 12 of The Knowledge Tree: an e-Journal of Learning Innovation. It contains contributions from international teacher education specialists who argue improved practice in the professional development of teachers best serves learners. The lead article ‘Technology Shaping Learner Dispositions’ is by Sean and Paula Lancaster, teacher education academics at Grand Valley State University, Michigan. The article is looking at how technology, such as blogs, can be used to help change future student behaviours or dispositions and how it provides alternate methods for disseminating best practices to educators.
On Tuesday 28 November a live online ‘conversation’ with lead writers Sean and Paula Lancaster will be held, allowing users to continue the exploration begun in their article.
